Ancient Vietnamese house in Hoi An
Volunteer Steph taking Josh for a spin
Ancient well in Hoi An - Ba Le Well. People come to the well every day to get water that is specifically needed as key ingredient in the local staple dish of Cau Lau - a yummy savoury noodle & stock dish often served with sliced pork, crispy croutons and salad/mint/ mix on top. Cant be made without water from this well.

'Push me-Pull me' used by many of the local disabled people in Hoi An to get around.
The result of Pete's first Vietnamese cooking class that he had this week - Barbequed Squid stuffed with pork & vegies. Delicious!
